BP Series

For closed tank applications, LIGHTNIN offers the BP series of sanitary mixers to meet cGMP. Popular applications include bulk pharmaceuticals, parenterals, bioreactors, and media prep.

BP mixers have:

CIP/SIP capabilities
minimum foot print for small vessels
flange and ferrule mounting options
sanitary mechanical seals
internals polished to less than 20 Ra for sanitation
fulfilled verification requirements
polished, electroless nickel plated aluminum housings (for integrity of surface finish, without paint)
exteriors can be pressure washed and/or steam cleaned
standard stainless steel electric, or air operated motors
standard gear driven speeds from 30-290 rpm
batch sizes from 10 to 10,000 liters
optional AC variable speed drives for most applications

SSP & SSPG Series

For open tank applications, LIGHTNIN offers SSPG series mixers to meet cGMP. All mixers have clamp on and cup plate mounting options. Popular applications for these mixers include coating prep, waste treatment, and bulk pharmaceuticals.

SSP mixers have:

CIP/SIP capabilities
standard with stainless steel electric, or air operated motors
polished, stainless steel housings (for integrity of surface finish, without paint)
optional AC variable speed drives for most applications
exteriors which can be pressure washed and/or steam cleaned
gear driven speeds up to 350 rpm, with batch sizes ranging from 50 to 10,000 liters
direct driven speed of 1750 rpm, with batch sizes ranging from 10 to 2,000 liters
